    Refund policy

    Effective Date: April 2025
    At The Cullen Collection, every floral bunch is handcrafted with care and attention to detail to ensure freshness, quality, and timely delivery. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is governed by clear standards and UK consumer protection laws.

    Perishable Nature of Products

    Flowers and floral arrangements are classified as perishable goods under UK law. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    Each floral order is prepared specifically for you or your recipient. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or minor variations in presentation.

    No Refund Policy

    The Cullen Collection operates a strict no-refund policy. We do not issue monetary refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched.

    However, we are committed to upholding high standards of service and product quality. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we may offer an exchange or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    Eligibility for Exchange

    We will consider a replacement or exchange if:

    • The flowers arrived damaged or spoiled on delivery
    • The delivered arrangement is substantially different from what was ordered
    • Significant components (e.g., a vase, message card, or gift item) are missing

    We do not offer exchanges in cases where:

    • The product was left unattended or mishandled after delivery
    • The issue is due to incorrect address, recipient refusal, or unavailable recipient
    • The concern is based on subjective preferences (e.g., colour tone, flower size)

    How to Request an Exchange

    To initiate an exchange request:

    1. Contact us within 12 hours of delivery
    2. Provide the following via email to info@thecullencollection.co.uk
      • Your order number
      • A clear description of the issue
      • At least 2 clear photographs showing the product and any packaging damage or defect

    We aim to respond within 1 working day. If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest possible date.

    Important Conditions

    • Evidence is essential: Claims without supporting photos or order details may be declined.
    • Time-sensitive: Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery to be eligible.
    • No partial product returns: Items must be returned or disposed of in accordance with our instructions if required.
    • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we believe the claim is fraudulent or does not meet the policy conditions.

    Customer Responsibility

    By placing an order, you agree to:

    • Ensure accurate delivery details and availability of the recipient
    • Provide a safe, accessible delivery location
    • Follow proper care instructions upon receipt (e.g., trimming stems, placing in fresh water)

    We are not liable for deterioration due to neglect after delivery or if incorrect delivery information results in a failed delivery.
